If you can't see what your marketing does, you can't tell what's worth paying for, including me. Tracking turns "I think it's working" into a number of calls, forms and direction requests each month.

I set up the same kind of tracking for the real estate brokerage where I lead marketing, so I know where it tends to break and how to keep it simple.

Who it's for

Any business spending money on marketing, and anyone running Google Ads, which can't be managed well without it.

Setup ($399)

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager installed, or your existing setup audited and fixed.
  • Tracking on tap-to-call clicks, form submissions, quote requests and booking clicks.
  • Call tracking numbers where they make sense. They forward to your real phone, and your main number stays the same on your Google profile.
  • Google Search Console connected so you can see which searches bring people in.
  • A live dashboard you can open on your phone any time.
  • Conversions sent to Google Ads if you run ads.

Every month ($49)

  • A one-page report in plain English: calls, direction requests, form fills, website visits and reviews, compared with last month.
  • The tracking checked and repaired when your site or tools change.

Bundles

What I need from you

Access to your website and, if you have them, your Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts.

The honest part

Tracking counts what's trackable. Someone who sees your truck, then searches your name a week later, won't always show up as "from Google." The report says that plainly.

Questions

I already have Google Analytics. Do I need this?

Maybe not all of it. Most accounts I look at are installed but not tracking calls or forms, which are the numbers that matter. I'll check yours first.

Who owns the data?

You do. The accounts are in your name, and I'm added as a user.

What does the monthly report look like?

One page. The numbers that matter, compared with last month, and a couple of sentences on what changed and what I'm doing next.
