Most owners know something is off. The phone is quieter than it should be, or a competitor with worse work keeps showing up first. An audit tells you why, in plain English, and puts the fixes in order so you know what matters and what can wait.
It's the full version of the free checkup. The checkup is a one-page snapshot. The audit compares you with the three businesses that beat you on the map and gives you a list you can hand to anyone, including me, to fix.
Who it's for
Owners who want a clear answer before paying for monthly work. It's also a good second opinion if someone else already handles your marketing.
What I check
- Google Business Profile. Categories, services, description, photos, posts, hours and questions.
- Reviews. How many, how recent, your rating and whether they've been answered, side by side with your top competitors.
- Listings. Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Nextdoor and the directories for your industry. I check that your name, address, phone and hours match everywhere.
- Website. Page titles, phone layout, speed, tap-to-call, and whether each service has its own page.
- AI search. I ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews to recommend a business like yours in your town, and note whether you come up.
- Competitors. The three businesses that show up above you on the map for your main searches, and what they're doing that you aren't.

- Full, $749. Adds a technical crawl of every page on your site, the searches you should target for each service and town, and a 90-day plan.

What I need from you
Your business name, the services you want more of, and the towns you serve. Access to your Google profile or analytics helps but isn't required.
The honest part
The audit doesn't fix anything by itself. The list is written so you can do the fixes yourself if you'd rather.

How is this different from the free checkup?
The free checkup is a one-page look at your Google profile, reviews and listings. The audit goes further: competitor comparison, website and AI search checks, and a ranked list of fixes.
Do I have to sign up for a plan afterward?
No. Plenty of people take the list and do the work themselves. If you do start a plan within 30 days, the audit price is credited toward your first month.
